How our pricing works
Each package lists a starting price for a typical Pensacola event at the stated guest count and run time. From there we adjust for what actually matters: how many guests, how long you want the band, how complex the load-in is at your venue, and which add-ons you choose. A rooftop in Gulf Breeze and a hotel ballroom downtown will quote differently, and we will tell you why.
Food, bar and venue rental are usually handled by your venue or caterer. We coordinate with them closely so toasts, the king cake ceremony and the unmasking happen exactly when they should.
Choosing the right package
Start with your guest count and your favorite moment. Want a parade? That is the Mardi Gras Masquerade. Need a paddle raise and three hundred guests in historic downtown venues? Grand Ball & Fundraiser. Just want the room to feel extraordinary for seventy-five friends in Navarre? The Soirée does that beautifully.
Bundles and add-ons
Signature bundles wrap a whole concept — a play-money casino, a murder mystery, a Venetian evening with strings, a New Year's countdown — around the masquerade. Add-ons let you tune the night: a tarot reader in the lounge, a cigar roller on the terrace, an aerialist over the dance floor. Not sure? Pick “Not sure yet” on the form and we will recommend a mix.

What does “Starting at” include?
It is the base price for the package as described, for a typical Pensacola venue and run time. Your quote adjusts for guest count, travel, load-in complexity and any add-ons you choose.
Can I mix pieces from different packages?
Yes. Packages are a starting framework. Swap the jazz trio for a brass band, add a second line, or drop décor if your venue is already dressed — the quote will reflect it.
Is there a guest minimum?
We produce events for roughly 30 to 1,000 guests. Under 30, the Masquerade Soirée is usually the best fit.
Do prices include food and bar?
No — catering and bar typically come through your venue. We coordinate timing with your historic downtown venues or caterer so the music, toasts and reveals land on cue.
